Steve Thull


Steve Thull, a rancher, business owner, and corporate executive, currently keeps busy with several endeavors in his home state of Colorado and elsewhere. Aside from owning an Appaloosa horse breeding farm and a stable facility that offers trail rides and boarding, he acts as Wyndham Vacation Ownership's Senior Vice President of Corporate Alliances. Since joining the company in 1987, Steven L. Thull has worked his way through positions of increasing responsibility and held oversight for several key developments. Steve Thull began at Wyndham in a sales role, and he later became manager of a division responsible for Hawaii and the Western states. He also took the lead on a partnership with Harrah's Entertainment in 1999, which in 2009 surpassed the $1 billion revenue mark. Additionally, in 2002, he negotiated an alliance with Outrigger Enterprises Group; to date, the partnership has resulted in revenues of $600 million. For his work with Wyndham, Steven Thull has garnered a number of honors, including Silver and Gold Awards from American Resort Development Association. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS. In Colorado, Steve Thull owns Pagosa Land and Cattle Company and Diamond Hitch Stables, located in Pagosa Springs. Through the latter outfit, he and his employees lead horse trail rides through the San Juan Mountains, and they provide opportunities for campfire dinners and cattle drives as well. At Pagosa Land and Cattle, he raises top-of-the-line Appaloosas. Earlier in his career, Steve Thull enjoyed recognition as one of the youngest owners of a General Motors dealership in the country. Before that, he served as a factory representative for a manufacturing plant in Kansas. When not working, he enjoys fly fishing, hunting, and riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
