As the Chairman of the Waterfield Group, J. Randall Waterfield maintains a high level of involvement with all aspects of the financial services firm. One of his primary roles is serving as the Managing Director of Waterfield Asset Management, LLC, which currently has more than $2 billion in assets under management. J. Randall Waterfield has also sat on the Board of Directors for the Waterfield Group?s various subsidiaries, such as Waterfield Energy Software, Inc., Waterfield Financial Services, Waterfield Enterprises, and Waterfield Technologies. Following a recent partnership with Cappello Capital Corp., J. Randall Waterfield also contributes his leadership to the Board of Directors for the newly formed investment bank Cappello Waterfield & Co. Aside from the his work with the Waterfield Group, J. Randall Waterfield sits on the Board of Directors for Asure Software (Nasdaq: ASUR) , TheRateReport.com, and the Culver Summer Schools & Camps. Committed to supporting business development skills among young leaders, J. Randall Waterfield is a longtime member and former Chairman of YPO/WPO NYC, the New York City chapter of the Young Presidents? Organization. He continues to support the group as a member of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. J. Randall Waterfield also supports a variety of educational and environmental initiatives through his involvement with the Waterfield Foundation. J. Randall Waterfield holds a degree from Harvard University and maintains active status as a Chartered Financial Analyst. Prior to his work with the Waterfield Group, he gained exposure to small capitalization growth investing as an Equity Research Analyst with Goldman Sachs. During his career, J. Randall Waterfield has also served with Fidelity Investments in Boston and Prudential Securities in New York.
