Jack Tindal
Jack Tindal brings three decades of experience to his position as the Vice President of Human Resources at Firstsource Solutions USA, Inc. He is responsible for the North America region and oversees more than 20 professionals who recruit new employees and attract executive talent across all departments. In his role, Tindal manages employee relations, compensation, benefits, governance, and several other key business operations. Jack Tindal stays current with industry developments through his membership in the Society of Human Resource Management. Prior to joining Firstsource Solutions USA, Jack Tindal served as the Vice President of Human Resources with MedExpress Urgent Care, which provides services in Florida, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and West Virginia. From 2005 to 2008, Tindal functioned as the Vice President of Human Resources with The MedAssist Group. During this time, he reduced companywide turnover by 22 percent while successfully coordinating human resource integration during three acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Jack Tindal spent 12 years of his career with The Mediplex Group, Inc., where he worked his way from Regional Human Resources Director to National Director of Human Resources. Following his time with The Mediplex Group, Tindal joined Sun Healthcare Group in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he became the Chief Administrative Officer. In 2002, he accepted a position as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources with Atria Retirement and Assisted Living. While there, he negotiated a companywide savings in employee benefits of more than $6 million and redesigned the company?s paid time off program, which resulted in nearly $3 million in savings. Jack Tindal holds a Master of Science in Administration and Human Resources Management from West Chester University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of South Carolina.
