Boyajian?s focus with the Allendale, New Jersey firm involves the highly specialized cooperative to condominium conversion process. His firm has enhanced values of communities and units throughout the country, also facilitating the raising of significant capital for rehabilitation and renovation. Currently also holding responsibilities as President of Que-Mont Developers, Inc., Jack H. Boyajian has led numerous real estate development projects over the decades. His company has notably partnered in several luxury hotels in Eastern Europe and was recently involved in developing a luxury 27-hole golf course and 1,000-acre gated community in Uruguay. The Allendale firm also oversaw the construction of multi-million dollar luxury single-family homes and undertook several New Jersey subdivision construction projects. Jack H. Boyajian and his team also have several potential projects in the pipeline. Earning his B.S. at the University of Pennsylvania?s Wharton School of Finance, Mr. Boyajian graduated with degrees in Finance, International Business, and Decision Sciences. He subsequently earned a Juris Doctor at the Rutgers School of Law in Newark, gaining substantial experience in the condominium conversions sphere as CFO and Partner at C&R Realty and Management, Inc. Active in numerous entrepreneurial ventures, Jack H. Boyajian has most recently joined a partnership of Philippine businessmen, government officials, and scientists in developing a robust organic aquaculture infrastructure. Mr. Boyajian?s primary role in the partnership will involve facilitating the export of quality seafood and other products to the United States.
