The institute of diplomacy and business (IoDB) was founded by international broadcaster and foreign affairs authority Stephen Cole in 2011. The main mission of the institute is formed from Stephens belief that international conflicts often stem from failures of communication or misunderstanding. IoDB disperses funds to help promote better communication and understanding between international communities. It also has a commercial arm which provides business culture and business etiquette training for individual and businesses looking to relocate overseas, all profits generated are put back into the charitable functions of the institute.
