Daniel Kimia
Daniel Kimia is a senior level executive at Whitestone Properties Inc. with many demands on his time. He is heavily involved in real estate, and he allocates much of his time to activities tied to his field. Not content to be passive, Kimia instead chooses a proactive management approach that keeps him busy, but also keeps him on top of properties and able to respond to any issues that may arise at his company or elsewhere. In addition to his multiple property responsibilities at Whitestone Properties, Daniel Kimia also serves as the President of the Homeowners Association for the Kennilwood Owners Association. Kennilwood is a community of 83 homes located in the Village of Kings Point, New York. Kimia’s job requires he be attentive to the needs of the community, while remaining responsive, but unbiased. Kimia has well-managed his duties, and the experience has prepared him for serving as President and Sponsor of several condominiums, including 167 Prospect Park Southwest Condominium, 46 Lefferts Condominium, 11-13 Irving Place Condominium, 480 Eastern Parkway Condominium, and 525-527 Vanderbilt Avenue Condominium. A graduate of The University of Southern California, Mr. Kimia possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. While attending courses at the USC Marshall School of Business, Daniel Kimia was a member of the campus Accounting Society and participated on the sailing, tennis, and basketball teams. Daniel Kimia also completed supplemental programs in finance, appraisal, real estate law, and property management from New York University, after which he acquired a New York State Real Estate License in 1985.
