Allen Fagin
As a lawyer at Proskauer Rose LLP, Allen Fagin served as Chairman of the firm from 2005 to 2011. He has also served as Co-Chair of Proskauer Rose’s Labor and Employment Law Department. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Fagin has represented clients in a wide variety of fields, including telecommunications, health care, insurance, utilities, transportation, entertainment, and manufacturing. Allen Fagin has litigated matters in state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia, California, and Texas, among other jurisdictions. As a labor and employment lawyer at Proskauer Rose, Allen Fagin has represented clients in many kinds of employment litigation, including claims involving age, race, national origin, and sex discrimination. At Proskauer Rose, Mr. Fagin possesses experience with multi-plaintiff and class action litigation as well as individual cases. In addition to handling litigation in the court system for clients of Proskauer Rose, Allen Fagin has represented financial services and insurance industry clients in arbitration with the New York Stock Exchange and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
